Timothy J. O'Day
Tim joined the Company as the Executive Director in August 2004. Reporting to the Board of Directors, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company's operation, including transportation, finance and accounting, human resources, technology, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Elderbus, Tim held numerous senior management positions in several organizations, including Corporate Controller for a start-up technology company and Director of Operations for a medical equipment supply company.
Tim holds a B.S. in Business Management from Worcester State College and an M.B.A. from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA.
Albert joined SCM Elderbus Inc. in January of 2008 as the Transportation Manager. His responsibilities include the daily management of drivers and dispatch staff as well as the management of all scheduling, maintenance and safety activities.
Albert graduated from Framingham State College in 1987 with a degree in Political Science. In 2002 he received his Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College. Albert served 25 years on active duty in the Massachusetts Army National Guard retiring in 2008. In 2010, he completed an intensive training program under the auspices of the Community Transportation Association of America where he earned the designation as a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
Maureen has been with the organization for over 20 years. As the Office Manager for the Company, she is responsible for a number of varied and diverse functions, including human resources, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. She is also the manager of Customer Service, providing a vital leadership role in helping solve the unique transportation challenges that face many of our clients.
Our drivers are truly the face of the Company. The organization is justifiably proud of all of the drivers that provide the vital transportation link to help keep our clients engaged in their communities. In addition to providing a safe and professional environment when transporting our clients, they also strive to provide a warm and friendly service that meets the needs of all passengers.
All drivers are subject to a thorough background check prior to becoming employees of the Company. Once hired, all drivers undergo a thorough program related to all aspects of safely operating the vehicles used in the operation. They also receive sensitivity training relating to meeting the specialized needs of disabled or extremely frail clients. All drivers are also subject to random drug and alcohol testing to ensure the safety of all passengers.
